RCTF Cyber Security Session Recap


The Rancho Cucamonga Tech Forum's commitment to our community’s tech knowledge continued with a Cyber Security event, presented by the Michael Wisniewski on May 4th.


Michael demonstrated the powerful capabilities of AI in cybersecurity, focusing on how tools like ChatGPT (GPT-4) can be used responsibly. He provided a great example, showing how ChatGPT could generate phishing emails when prompted for "educational purposes." This led to a discussion filled with insightful questions and engagement from our audience, highlighting the critical importance of ethical AI use.
We were thrilled to see a diverse group of attendees, from seasoned tech professionals to those new to the cybersecurity field. The session not only deepened our understanding of AI's role in cybersecurity but also sparked lively discussions on the ethical implications and preventative measures necessary in the digital age.
